I live in Southern Indiana and have a tall fescue lawn. Any suggestions for fertilizer/feeding regimen?

I want to have a beautiful lawn, so I am basically looking for A to Z advice from when to seed, when to fertilize (and kind of fertilizer), when to spray (or if i should), when to aerate, etc.
