Hunns, who should I report this to? I am SHOCKED and DISGUSTED!!!?

Hunns, yesterday I was talking to one of my neighbors and she mentioned to me that her maids make the most delicious snacks. Well, I smiled politely and tried not to act alarmed and then quickly and casually excused myself. Although I was able to act calm, inside I was horrified and shocked. If this woman is eating her maids as snacks then I really think I should do something. I just don't know who to contact. Is there some sort of complaint hotline for maid abuse?
