Tourist Visa for Netherlands, Plane Reservation, Travel Agency..?

Anyone have experiences on this??? My boyfriend and i are working on the requirements for my tourist visa for me to be able to spend christmas with his family in netherlands hopefully... One of the requirements is to have a plane reservation.. we are trying to find the cheapest airfare that can be cancelled just in case my visa is not approved.... Any idea where i can find such travel agency, website, etc. etc for Hongkong-Amsterdam-Hongkong?? I'm flying in from Cebu to Hongkong... i think its cheaper that way.. thanks a lot!!
