Does anyone know what movie this is?

I saw part of this movie with my old college roommates; It has a guy above 6ft it looks who is probably 22 or so, and he does a a few duels (The movie starts that way too - It has him and a guy in white t-shirts sweating and they both shoot) in an in some building with guys gambling in suits, on who win will. He takes his money and hides it in a black trash bag because the people who saw the duel want his prize money. At the end he is shot on a bus and eats whats in his wallet (I'm thinking so they can't trace his family who he sent the money to like a few hours before). I think it was made from 2000-up? One of the men after his money looks like it was Bruce Willis. What movie is this?
