Who does voice of Natasha Volkova in Red Alert 3?

I've alway wondered who did her voice. I know Gina plays her physically, but not the voice. Also, if anyone knows who does the female announcer voices of each party. the ones that say ' you are victorious, etc.' i've looked around and can't find these voices.
