When should i kiss her ?

Ok so long story short just started getting to know this girl we both have a cl together in college and i really like her she is hella cute but, about a month ago her boyfriend broke up with her and she is still kind of getting over that they still text each other but he lives in a whole nother state anyways so we have gone out 2 times now the first time was just coffee and lunch and we had really good time the second time was dinner and hooka lol but that date ended kind of interesting...lol we didnt kis or anything yet but i put my arm around her and she put her arm around me and stuff so that was cool. Im sure she knows i like her and im sure she is interested in me but, i dont wanna move too fast and scare her or something but, i dont wanna wait too long to put moves on her anyways so i were gonna meet up here in a few hours i havent planned out what were gonna do yet but, prob grab some tee or coffee somewere then go get some food or something anyways what im asking is how long should i wait to actually kiss her ? when would be a good time/enviorment i guess ? thanks
