What's going on with me?

I have bronchitis. I've had it for over a week now, still no improvement. I was put on ZPack, and that seems to be doing NOTHING because I keep getting worse. My, err, phlegm and boogies (lol) are REALLY green... Like the green on the "Ask Answer Discover" strip on this webpage. My ears really hurt, almost like an ear infection. My lungs are so heavy I cannot lay down without going into a coughing fit. I have an on and off again type fever. I'm not worn down or anything, I don't "feel" sick. I'm getting worried, though, because last year I had bronchitis and I was out for half of the basketball season. I was also put on a nebulizer and inhaler, along with ZPack that seemed to do NOTHING. What's going on? Should I go back to the doctors? Anything I can do myself? Thanks!
