No periods for 6 months, low drive, and only 18?

You have secondary amenorrhea which warrants a visit to your doctor for a thorough workup including examination and blood work. Pregnancy, poor nutrition, thyroid abnormalities, premature ovarian failure, various medications, are just a few of the possible causes. If you are truly not pregnant and have not had a period for six months, this is not normal and should be evaluated.
