Is this the beginning of the end of Tiger Woods' dominance?

Last season he won a few and lost a few. And the tournaments he won, he struggled to win them. He one by one or two strokes. This season he is doing well but it is clear that he is not the best out of all of the other golfers. He has sunken even further. In the beginning of his career he used to dominate. He won tournaments by many strokes. But now his dominance appears to be over. He is just one of the best. He is in the pack but he no longer leads the pack. What lead to his decline in skills? or did everyone else just get better?
