Is everyone okay with the King James version of Hebrews 11? Which says faith is the evidence?

Faith is believing things not seen, and I cannot speak of entire groups, but in my admittedly limited experience true Christians have honest faith more than any other living being. We have no court-admissible evidence for our belief, beyond "hearsay" which is faith, and that's all we need. The Bible may be worthy evidence, legally, but our knowledge is based on faith. The Bible is a teaching tool.
