Dad ped away 8 years ago?

My dad ped away 8 years ago, he was such a strong man, i will never be the man he was. He served 22 years in the military, he saved lifes, example he got a call from a vietname veteran (the veteran called the wrong number) but my dad stayed up for 11 hours talking to the veteran and the veteran thanked him and told he changed his life. Im 18 now, its been along time. Im a spitting image of him, I just cant stop thinking about him, I cant let it go, he died cause of a motorcycle accident, that makes me soo mad cause he was soo strong. What can I do? im tired of staying up restless nights and shedding tears
