Is there any decent self pay Health insurance?

I have recently had United Healthcare, but my Husband decided to become an Owner Operator, so we no longer have health insurance, I have recently had gastric byp surgery, and I need follow up appointments, and was wondering if anyone new of a good health insurance in the Pennsylvania area, that is not real expensive.....
